Universelle-T automatic signing machine
The Universelle-T signing machine is the model of our range the most suitable for mass production of signatures and handwritten texts. Made up of a writing head and a paper feeder, it can automatically process a stack of documents up to 700 sheets. This variant of our Universelle features first a feeder offering a greater freedom in the passage and orientation of documents, and second a carriage system to move the writing head. Both the paper's and head's position are configurable, then identical from one sheet to another. Several paper stops can be set, for instance to write at the head and footer. With an optional sensor, it can also adjust the signature's location on the sheet and put it after the last printed paragraph.
The Universelle-T has advanced security features that limit access and and log its usage. The administrator can create up to a hundred different user accounts, each of which is protected by a unique alphanumeric password. In addition, each user account matches a paper type and job, thus enabling previously saved settings to be recalled just by logging in.
Featuring an LCD touch screen, the Universelle-T machine allows the user to directly select and preview the signature files stored on the USB key. In addition, it has advanced editing features such as resizing, rotating, and distorting directly on the machine. It is thus possible to change the size of a signature and adapt it to the document format without a computer. Finally, the Universelle-T has our exclusive innovative feature of random changes of pen strokes so that two consecutive documents do not show exactly the same signature.
In terms of use, the user (1) inserts the USB key containing the signature and/or text, (2) enters his password, (3) installs a pen in its ring support, (4) put the pile of paper on the loading tray and (5) presses a button to start the automatic writing process.
Its size (57x36x49 cm) makes it easy to keep it on a desk.
This model is available for purchase and rental. The guarantee period can also be extended by subscribing an annual maintenance contract.
